Use this page when you work in Leadgains for the first time. The video shows how to walk through the system and where you can find the most important parts.
Brief overview
Leadgains bundles your lead follow-up, conversations, appointments, pipeline and customer communication in a central system. First watch the video below so that you recognize the basic navigation and the most important parts.
If you want to go to all manuals immediately, open the general Leadgains Knowledge base. There you will find the complete homepage with all articles and the search function.
If you have already confirmed your verification email, you can log in immediately via app.ldgns.be. Use the knowledge base to look up specific actions step by step.

Step 1 - Verify your account
You will receive a separate verification email to activate your Leadgains account. Complete that verification first. Without verification you may not be able to log in or certain rights may be missing.
Step 2 - Log in to Leadgains
Go to app.ldgns.be and log in with the email address where you received the verification.
Step 3 - View the system overview
Watch the video on this page in full. Pay particular attention to where you find conversations, contacts, appointments, pipeline and settings.
Step 4 - Use the knowledge base for specific questions
When you want to perform a specific action, open the Leadgains Knowledge base and search for the subject. Consider managing appointments, using Conversations, adding contacts or stopping follow-up.
Step 5 - Report blocks
If you get stuck, you miss access or something is wrong in your account, please reply to the onboarding email or send an email to info@leadgains.ai.
