Use this page when you are working in Leadgains for the first time. The video shows how to navigate the system and where to find the most important parts.
Brief overview
Leadgains brings your lead follow-up, conversations, appointments, pipeline and customer communication together in one central system. Watch the video below first so you recognise the main navigation and the most important areas.
If you want to go straight to all manuals, open the general Leadgains Knowledge base. There you will find the full homepage with all articles and the search function.
If you have already confirmed your verification email, you can log in immediately via app.ldgns.be. After that, use the knowledge base to look up specific actions step by step.

Step 1 - Verify your account
You will receive a separate verification email to activate your Leadgains account. Complete that verification first. Without verification, you may not be able to log in yet or certain permissions may still be missing.
Step 2 - Log in to Leadgains
Go to app.ldgns.be and log in with the email address that received the verification email.
Step 3 - Watch the system overview
Watch the full video on this page. Pay special attention to where you can find conversations, contacts, appointments, pipeline and settings.
Step 4 - Use the knowledge base for specific questions
When you want to perform a specific action, open the Leadgains Knowledge base and search for the topic. Examples include managing appointments, using Conversations, adding contacts or stopping follow-up.
Step 5 - Report anything that blocks you
If you get stuck, miss access or notice something incorrect in your account, reply to the onboarding email or email info@leadgains.ai.
