Step-by-step plan

Step 1 - Download the correct version

Choose your operating system above. For most customers that is Windows or macOS.

Step 2 - Install the app

Open the downloaded file. On Windows follow the installation wizard. On macOS, open the .dmg file and drag LeadConnector to Applications.

Step 3 - Open LeadConnector

Launch LeadConnector from the Start Menu, Applications, Launchpad or Spotlight. The name LeadConnector is correct: that is the desktop app you use for Leadgains.

Step 4 - Log in with Leadgains

In the desktop app, click Sign In. Your browser opens to confirm your login. Log in with the same email address you use for Leadgains.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the iLevel desktop app?

No. For Leadgains, use the LeadConnector desktop app. If you previously downloaded the iLevel desktop app, uninstall it and install LeadConnector from the links on this page.

Is the desktop app different from the web version?

The content and data remain the same. The desktop app opens Leadgains in a separate application and can show notifications via your computer.

I can't get logged in.

First check whether you can log in in the browser via app.ldgns.be. If that works, close the desktop app completely and try again Sign In.
